Designed by legendary French interior designer Jacques Grange, the lavishly-adorned New York penthouse will be more like a majestic residence representing the pinnacle of modern luxury with exceptional comfort and care in every detail. The unprecedentedly spacious penthouse suite is set out over the top two floors of The Mark Hotel and includes 5 bedrooms, 4 fireplaces, 6 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, and 2 wet bars. The Living Room (which can be transformed into a full-sized Grand Ballroom) boasts 26-foot ceilings, a fireplace and adjacent wet bar.

Decorated with custom furniture designed by Jacques Grange, every piece is unique to The Mark. The Mark penthouse boasts its own Conservatory, Library Lounge, stately Dining Room and a stunning private rooftop terrace with an outdoor dining & entertaining area and breathtaking views of the city.

The Mark Penthouse hotel entrance door is 35.5” wide. Bathroom entrance is 32” wide. Please note that the room and room bathroom do not have accessible features.
